3. Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

All payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept Visa, PayPal and Zelle. Late payments may incur a fee.

5. Property Access

By booking our services, you grant us permission to access the property at the scheduled time. We are not liable for issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete access information.

6. Liability

While we take great care in providing high-quality service, we are not responsible for damage due to existing wear and tear, structural issues, or unforeseen property conditions. We carry appropriate liability insurance, and any damages caused by our team will be handled professionally.

7. Client Responsibilities
